About the Internship

Legal Draftsmen is currently inviting applications for an onsite legal internship. This role is ideal for law students who are keen to deepen their skills in legal drafting and property/succession law.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research.

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Assist with legal matters related to property and succession law.

• Support senior legal professionals with documentation, compliance, and due diligence.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current LLB students (3-year course – 1st or 2nd year / 5-year course – 3rd or 4th year).

• Proficiency in legal drafting and research.

• Mandatory: Previous internship or relevant experience in legal drafting.

• Good understanding of the Transfer of Property Act and Hindu Succession Act.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

• Note: Male candidates are preferred due to operational requirements.
