About the Opportunity

Saga Legal is conducting a walk-in drive at their New Delhi office for a Secondment position based at a client office in Gurugram. The role involves managing industrial relations, employee disciplinary matters, and labour law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and vet employee-related communications and legal documents (show cause notices, charge sheets, warning letters, disciplinary orders)
  • Assist in conducting domestic inquiries and maintenance of records
  • Provide legal opinions on employee misconduct, disciplinary proceedings, and industrial relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and principles of natural justice

Eligibility

  • Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in Labour & Employment / Industrial Relations law
  • Experience handling disciplinary proceedings and domestic inquiries
  • Knowledge of Labour Codes and compliance requirements

Process: 1-Hour Drafting Assessment → Labour & Employment Law Interview → Face-to-Face Interview
