Introduction
Apex School of Law at Apex University, Jaipur, in partnership with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Jaipur, is hosting the Jus Novum AU Nationwide Law Fest 2026 — a comprehensive, multi-format legal competition festival. Meaning “New Law”, Jus Novum brings together law students and aspiring legal minds from across India with a prize pool of Rs 1.5 lakh and 10+ competitions spanning litigation simulation, writing, quiz, and creative categories.

Apex School of Law is the legal studies faculty of Apex University, situated in Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes and is known for its student activity culture, competitive mooting tradition, and engagement with the legal community in Rajasthan. Jus Novum 2026 is structured as a hybrid law fest with competitions across three formats:
Hybrid Competitions (Online + Physical Final): Mediation, Client Counselling, Arbitration
Offline Competitions (At Jaipur Campus): Debate, Constitutional Quiz, Poster Making, Essay Writing, Judgment Writing
Online Competitions: Article Writing, Creative Writing, Short Film Making

Eligibility Criteria
Hybrid and Offline Competitions: Students enrolled in LL.B. (3-year), B.A. LL.B. (5-year), or LL.M. (2-year) programmes at any recognised institution in India.
Online and Open Categories: Open to students from Class 8 onwards, including undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognised institution.
