Introduction
National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ), in collaboration with the Centre for Economics, Law and Public Policy (CELP), the Centre for Tax Laws (CTL), and the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), is organising a National Seminar on “Next-Generation GST Reforms 2.0: Law, Governance and India’s Development Pathways”. Scheduled for October 24–25, 2026, this seminar invites original research on the constitutional, legal, economic, and technological dimensions of India’s GST regime.
