About the Role
KPS Advocates, a multi-practice law firm with offices across India (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chandigarh), is seeking a Senior Associate Advocate for its Gurugram office.
Eligibility
- Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong courtroom advocacy and cross-examination skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and case strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal pleadings, applications, agreements, and documentation
- Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
- Appear before courts and represent clients
- Develop litigation strategies and manage cases independently
