About the Book
Academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and advanced students are invited to contribute chapters to an upcoming edited volume titled New Dimensions in Intellectual Property Rights in India.
This book aims to critically examine India’s evolving IPR regime amidst rapid digitization, AI, biotechnology breakthroughs, and enforcement challenges. It will serve as a multidisciplinary platform for rigorous discourse on law, technology, culture, and commerce.

Digital Media & Non-Traditional IP: OTT licensing, personality rights, non-traditional trademarks.
Enforcement & Policy: ADR, competition law, post-IPAB adjudication, cross-border piracy, national IPR policy, treaty harmonization.
Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility: Academics, researchers, doctoral scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts.
- Chapter Length: 4,000–7,000 words (including references).
- Abstract: 200–300 words + bio-note (100 words each).
- Citation Style: Uniform ILI.
- Plagiarism Limit: Below 20%.
- File Format: MS Word (.docx).
