Role Overview
- Filing, prosecution, and maintenance of trademark applications in India and globally.
- Handling trademark opposition, rectification, and infringement matters.
- Coordinating with external IP counsel on litigation strategy.
- Monitoring the market for trademark infringement and counterfeit activity.
