About the Opportunity
Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors has opened up applications for the position of an associate for their dispute resolution team at Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
- PQE: 2 to 4 years
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, with exposure across all stages of proceedings
- Demonstrated capability in appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedings
- Experience in white-collar defence and investigations will be an advantage
- Ability to independently draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail
A driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in dispute resolution, capable of handling matters with a high degree of ownership and professionalism.
