Eligibility Criteria
- Practicing Advocates / Legal Associates with minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in: Title Search & Title Clearance Reports Property & Land Registration (Sale Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, etc.)
- Encumbrance Certificates & Legal Opinions for Banks/NBFCs SRO record verification, revenue & mutation entries Strong understanding of Gujarat property law, banking documentation, and due diligence procedures
- Detail-oriented, independent, and capable of managing client/bank deliverables with minimal supervision
