About the Opportunity
AK & Partners is hiring two Senior Associates who are ready to run matters, own client relationships, and lead a team — not assist on all three. This is a transactional advisory role.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will independently manage corporate and regulatory matters end-to-end, advise clients directly on RBI, FEMA, payment systems, NBFC, IRDAI, SEBI, and PMLA questions, supervise junior associates, and contribute to the knowledge and thought leadership of a practice doing some of the most consequential regulatory work in Indian financial services.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate advisory, M&A, or financial regulatory compliance — at a law firm, or in-house at a regulated entity with genuine transactional ownership.
Leadership and mentoring experience is required. Litigation and dispute resolution experience does not qualify for this role.
