About the Position
We are looking to engage two interns to join our litigation team at our Mumbai office.
The internship will provide exposure to matters before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Consumer Courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. Interns will have the opportunity to assist in legal research, drafting, court appearances, filing and other aspects of litigation practice.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Law students preferably in their 4th or 5th year of the 5-year law course or the final year of the 3-year law course;
- A keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution;
- An aptitude for and genuine interest in legal research and drafting;
- Dedicated, sincere, and eager to learn;
- Command over spoken and written English;
- Willingness to commit for a minimum period of 2–3 months;
- Ability and willingness to attend office on a daily basis.
