Key Responsibilities
- Legal research on patent and trademark law
- Drafting patent applications
- Prior art searches using USPTO, EPO, Orbit, and Google Patents
- Patentability assessments and patent portfolio management
- Trademark clearance searches
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed law degree
- Patent Agents encouraged to apply
- Technical background or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
