Vahura is actively seeking Corporate Lawyers with 2-6 years of experience in M&A and Private Equity/Venture Capital Transactions for multiple law firms in Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in due diligence and drafting transaction documents such as SHAs, SPAs, SSAs, etc. Keen interest in expanding transactional exposure.
