About the Position
Looking for an experienced Advocate with exposure before Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) / Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and High Court.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of litigation experience
- Strong drafting & arguing skills (IBC, SARFAESI, Banking Laws)
