About the Opportunity
Lex Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Legal Counsel (Real Estate) at its New Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 2 – 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who have hands-on experience in real estate due diligence, title verification, and drafting property transaction documents.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Have 2 – 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess experience in conducting title due diligence and preparing Due Diligence Reports.
- Have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including:
- Lease Deeds
- Leave and License Agreements
- Agreements to Sell
- Sale Deeds
- Conveyance Deeds
- Other property-related documents
- Have a sound understanding of property laws, land records, and real estate transactions.
Salary
As per the firm’s norms.
