A growing multi-entity business group is looking to engage an experienced Corporate & Commercial Counsel or Law Firm on a long-term retainer basis.
Position: Corporate & Commercial Counsel | Engagement: Long-Term Retainer | Location: Pune (Preferred)
Responsibilities: Draft and review commercial contracts, MOUs, vendor/employment/lease agreements; provide day-to-day legal advisory; coordinate with specialist counsel on cross-border matters.
Eligibility: Legal professional or law firm with experience in corporate and commercial law, based in Pune (preferred). Volume-based or slab-based pricing preferred.
