Responsibilities: Manage trademark portfolios; draft applications, oppositions, responses to office actions; prepare clearance reports; liaise with foreign associates on international filings; maintain docketing schedules.
Eligibility: 2–3 years of trademark paralegal experience; knowledge of Indian Trade Marks Registry and Madrid Protocol; proficiency in docketing software.
