Insolvency and IBC Lawyer
IBC lawyers advise financial creditors, operational creditors, resolution professionals and resolution applicants in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) proceedings. The practice has grown enormously since the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code was enacted in 2016.
