About the Job
King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring an Associate (Media Litigation) for its Mumbai office. The role is suited for legal professionals with prior experience in commercial litigation and media/IP litigation who can independently manage matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess prior experience in handling commercial litigation and/or media and intellectual property litigation before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
- Be capable of independently handling workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling commercial litigation and media/IP litigation matters.
- Representing and assisting in matters before courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
- Managing assigned workstreams independently.
- Working collaboratively in a dynamic litigation environment.
Remuneration
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
