About the Opportunity
Soundarya College of Law invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Law. The college seeks dynamic, committed, and academically accomplished legal professionals to join their faculty team and contribute to excellence in legal education, research, and student development.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching undergraduate law courses.
Developing innovative teaching and assessment methods.
Guiding student research, moot court, internships, and legal aid activities.
Undertaking research, publications, consultancy, and funded projects.
Contributing to institutional development, accreditation, and outreach initiatives.
Eligibility
LL.M. with a consistently good academic record.
NET/SLET qualification or Ph.D. in Law as per UGC/BCI norms.
Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or relevant professional experience.
Excellent communication, research, and mentoring abilities.
Preferred: Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
Preferred: Experience in Moot Court coaching, legal aid, research projects, and academic administration.
Ability to integrate technology-enabled and experiential learning methodologies.
Industry or litigation exposure will be an added advantage.
