About the Position
RVS Law Offices is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial practice – someone who can independently manage complex legal assignments across advisory, transactions, compliance, and client engagements.
What you’ll be doing:
Corporate Advisory & Contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements – vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, and more.
- Prepare legal opinions, advisory notes, and risk assessments.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements across sectors.
- Track legislative developments and prepare client advisories.
- Support compliance frameworks and governance processes.
Transaction Support
- Assist on transactions, restructurings, due diligence, and investment documentation.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
Client & Matter Management
- Work directly with clients and business teams on practical legal solutions.
- Liaise with regulators, government authorities, and external consultants.
- Own matter trackers, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end.
Eligibility
- BA LLB / LLB from a recognized university.
- 4+ years in corporate law, commercial advisory, transactions, or compliance.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Commercial awareness — the ability to understand a client’s business, not just their brief.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good to have: Exposure to contract negotiation, corporate advisory, transactional work, and familiarity with the Companies Act, contract law, and employment law.

Salary
CTC – Up to 18 Lakhs (INR).
