About the Opportunity
Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, invites applications for the position of an associate for their Dispute Resolution team
Eligibility Criteria
- More than 1 year of relevant experience in civil and commercial litigation & arbitration before courts & tribunals (NCLT) in/around Mumbai;
- Registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa; and
- Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing proceedings, and handling court/arbitration filings, with exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
