About the Opportunity
Artemis Hospitals is looking for a skilled legal professional to join their team and manage corporate legal, compliance, and litigation matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing & execution of agreements/contracts
- Handling MOUs, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, JV Agreements, Employment Contracts, POAs, etc.
- Monitoring legal and compliance requirements across units
- Supporting regulatory and corporate governance matters
- Managing legal notices and external counsels
- Coordinating medico-legal and medical negligence matters
- Representing the organization before courts, tribunals & authorities
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LLB / LLM
- Experience: Relevant experience in corporate legal / healthcare legal matters preferred
