About the Opportunity
RCF Ltd. is inviting applications for the post of Officer (Legal) (E1 Grade) as part of its Special Recruitment Drive for Backlog Vacancies. The selected candidate may be posted at Trombay, Thal, or Area Offices across India.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
- Regular/full-time LL.B. degree or a 5-year integrated law degree from a recognised university in India.
- Minimum 60% marks in the final year or aggregate of the last two semesters of the qualifying law degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in any of the following:
- PSU/Government service;
- Autonomous bodies;
- MNCs/Private organisations;
- Law firms; or
- Practice at the Bar as an Advocate.
The period of training, internship, or apprenticeship will not be counted towards the required experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 37 years (for OBC-NCL candidates) as on March 1, 2026.
- Additional age relaxation is available as per the official notification.
Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed in the E1 Grade Pay Scale of ₹40,000–₹1,40,000.
The minimum gross monthly salary is approximately ₹86,960, inclusive of Basic Pay, VDA, Perks, and HRA as per company rules.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Personal Interview. Candidates will be assessed on:
- Personality and Communication Skills
- Subject Knowledge
- Nature of Experience
- General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and Additional Qualifications
Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the interview to qualify.
Location
The selected candidate may be posted at Trombay (Mumbai), Thal (Raigad), or Area Offices across India.
