About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Advocate with exposure before Debt Recovery Tribunal / Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal / National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and High Court.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of litigation experience.
- Strong drafting & arguing skills (IBC, SARFAESI, Banking Laws).

Mumbai.
