About the Internship
Kapture CX is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Legal & Compliance team in Bengaluru. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal operations, contract law, legal research, documentation, and compliance within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Interns will work closely with the legal team to support day-to-day legal functions.
Eligibility
- Final-year LL.B. student or a recent law graduate.
- Good understanding of legal principles, particularly the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Ability to review and understand Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and basic contracts.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis on corporate and contractual matters.
- Draft, review, and organise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Review and analyse NDAs and support contract management processes.
- Maintain legal records and documentation using contract management tools.
- Assist the legal team with administrative and other legal tasks as required.
Mode
Work from Office (Five days a week).
Location
Bengaluru, Karnataka.
