Godrej Properties Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager (Legal) to handle legal matters related to real estate, including property transactions, legal documentation, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of the fundamental principles of Indian law.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws, including title due diligence, property documentation, and land transactions.
- Exposure to both transactional work and litigation/dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and professional ethics.
- Candidates with experience in a real estate developer, reputed law firm, or in-house legal team handling real estate matters will be preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
