About the Job
S & S Legal is hiring an Associate / Legal Professional for its Jaipur office. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in corporate law and related practice areas, offering an opportunity to work on diverse legal assignments.
Eligibility
- Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Sound understanding of Corporate Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RERA, commercial laws, and contract drafting.
- Strong English drafting skills.
- Effective case management abilities.
- Ability to independently handle and close assignments.
- Candidates with a Company Secretary (CS) background who are keen to practise law will be preferred.
- Freshers will not be considered for this position.
Stipend/Salary
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and market standards.
Location
Jaipur.
