Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Represent and assist in matters before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and various Tribunals.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across diverse areas of law.
- Independently handle legal matters.
- Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions, legal notices, applications, written submissions, legal opinions, briefs, and other legal documents.
