- Litigation Associate (Experienced) – 2 Years PQE
The selected candidates will work on litigation matters, including drafting, legal research, and court appearances before various judicial forums.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- 0 years PQE (Fresher) or 2 years PQE (Experienced).
- Strong drafting skills, including drafting:
- Plaints
- Written Statements
- Counter-claims
- Writ Petitions
- Legal Notices
- Replies to Legal Notices
- Basic Agreements
- Strong legal research skills with hands-on experience using legal research databases/search engines.
Responsibilities
- Draft plaints, written statements, counter-claims, writ petitions, legal notices, replies to legal notices, and basic agreements.
- Conduct legal research using legal search engines.
- Appear before courts in Delhi, including:
- District Courts
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- Delhi High Court
