About the Job
QuadLawTech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Compliance Analyst. The role involves legal and regulatory research, compliance monitoring, and supporting accurate compliance reporting across various sectors.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in compliance or legal research.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory and government websites and portals.
- Good written communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on applicable laws, rules, and regulations across various sectors.
- Prepare and update compliance checklists for clients and internal use.
- Monitor and track amendments, notifications, and circulars issued by relevant government and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of key regulatory portals and stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting.
