Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in drafting technology-related commercial contracts.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), including FDI and ODI regulations, and other allied corporate and commercial laws.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws, software licensing, SaaS, and AI offerings.
- Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
