About the Opportunity
Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring for its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Noida and is looking to onboard a Senior Associate (IP Litigation).
Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves handling IP litigation matters, drafting suits and applications, reviewing litigation documents, assisting Partners with strategy, briefing senior advocates, and arguing matters before courts, specifically the Delhi High Court.
The role also involves supervising and mentoring a team of associates.
Eligibility Criteria
We are keen to hear from individuals with 4-6 years PQE in IP litigation who are looking to take on greater responsibility and be part of our growing practice!
