About the Organisation
The Centre for Competition Law & Policy (CCLP) is a research initiative of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi (NUALS), established to support and encourage study and research in competition law and policy. The Centre focuses on disseminating ideas and promoting research through a network of competition professionals, including regulators, academicians, practitioners, and industry experts, and aims to provide students a platform to interact with experts and engage with this developing field of law.
About the Blog
The CCLP Blog features analytical and academic posts on contemporary developments in competition law and policy. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, and manuscripts must be restricted to the scope of the blog, i.e., competition law.
Call for Blogs
The CCLP invites original blog submissions relating to recent developments and issues in competition law and policy. Contributions are encouraged from academicians, legal professionals, and law students.
Submission Guidelines
Word Count: 1500–1800 words.
Title: Maximum 10 words.
Citation Format: Use hyperlinks or Bluebook (21st edition) footnotes as necessary.
Formatting: Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, 1.5 line spacing.
File Format: Submissions must be in .docx format. PDF submissions are not accepted.
Co-Authorship: Up to 2 authors allowed.
Originality: Submissions must be original and not published or under consideration elsewhere.
Plagiarism & AI Check: Subject to plagiarism and AI checks. Maximum plagiarism allowed is 10%.
Editorial Discretion: The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject submissions not meeting standards.
Rights: CCLP reserves all rights over the submissions.
