About the Opportunity
Talent Leap Private Limited has opened up applications for the position of an executive – legal to join them.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain legal & statutory records.
- File ROC forms under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Draft & review contracts and agreements.
- Support Board Meeting documentation.
- Coordinate with legal counsels and ensure compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- ACS (ICSI) + LLB (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of legal/compliance experience.
- Knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law & Regulatory Compliance.
- Pharma experience with Drugs & Cosmetics Act & DPCO preferred.
