About the Opportunity
MSA Partners is looking to expand its Energy & Infrastructure Litigation practice with the addition of Legal Associates (2-4 years’ PQE). This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value regulatory and commercial disputes across the power, renewable energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, appeals, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Handle regulatory and commercial disputes, including proceedings before APTEL, CERC, SERCs, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Appear in court and represent clients in dispute resolution matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
- 2-4 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with a reputed law firm, preferably in the Energy & Infrastructure practice, with exposure to the power, renewable energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience in handling dispute resolution matters and court appearances is mandatory.
