About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Sujit Chaudhary is looking to hire a Legal Associate for a long-term, full-time position focused on Criminal Litigation. This is an on-site opportunity for a candidate seeking sustained courtroom exposure and mentorship in a dedicated litigation practice.
The role involves regular appearances and case work before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court as well as Trial Courts across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, offering the selected candidate consistent, hands-on litigation experience across multiple judicial forums early in their career.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in criminal litigation matters before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
- Handle criminal trial court matters across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
- Gain hands-on exposure to civil, family court, and arbitration matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex litigation issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0 – 2 years
The candidate should be street smart, driven, and committed and must value mentorship, is invested in their professional journey, and is ready to grow with one team over time.
Skills: Strong work ethic, sharp research and analytical skills, and a passion for navigating complex legal issues.
