Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling litigation
- Drafting and vetting contracts and legal documents
- Providing legal opinions
- Handling arbitration and dispute resolution
- Supporting statutory and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with advocates and regulatory authorities
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent full-time degree from a recognised Indian university (minimum 60% marks)
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience
- Experience in power, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing sector is desirable
