About the Opportunity
Saga Legal is conducting a walk-in drive at their New Delhi office for a Secondment position based at a client office in Gurugram. The role involves managing industrial relations, employee disciplinary matters, and labour law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet employee-related communications and legal documents (show cause notices, charge sheets, warning letters, disciplinary orders)
- Assist in conducting domestic inquiries and maintenance of records
- Provide legal opinions on employee misconduct, disciplinary proceedings, and industrial relations matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and principles of natural justice
Eligibility
- Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Minimum 3 years PQE in Labour & Employment / Industrial Relations law
- Experience handling disciplinary proceedings and domestic inquiries
- Knowledge of Labour Codes and compliance requirements
