About the Job
The Texmo Group is hiring an Assistant Officer – Legal to support various legal and compliance functions. The role involves working across commercial contracts, labour law, litigation, intellectual property, legal research, and business legal support.
Eligibility
- Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates.
- Preference will be given to qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretaries.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
- Knowledge of speaking, reading, and writing Tamil is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial contracts and compliance.
- Support labour law and statutory compliance matters.
- Coordinate litigation-related activities.
- Provide support for Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in policy drafting.
- Offer cross-functional legal support to business teams.
