Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Have up to 2 years’ Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Possess prior working knowledge of:
- Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act)
- Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act)
- Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)
- Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
- Have strong drafting, legal research, and litigation skills.

Salary
As mutually agreed. The remuneration may be reviewed and revised upon successful completion of the probation period based on the Associate’s performance and overall contribution to the Firm.
