About the Job
ASK Legal Defense LLP is hiring an Associate Counsel (Legal) for a full-time role at its client’s office in Noida.
The role involves drafting and vetting legal documents, advising business teams, ensuring statutory compliance, managing disputes, and supporting litigation matters. The selected candidate will be expected to combine strong drafting skills with practical legal judgment while handling compliance and litigation responsibilities in a structured manner.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, including experience with legal databases and interpretation of statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
- Competence in advocacy and negotiation, with the ability to appear before courts or tribunals under guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
- An LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognised institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice law.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures, civil and/or criminal law, and relevant legal frameworks.
- High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and a willingness to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
