About the Job

Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- CS or LL.B. qualification.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in corporate law matters.
Skills Required
Candidates should have experience in:
- Companies Act.
- SEBI regulations.
- FEMA.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
- Listed company compliances.
- Related corporate law matters.
Experience with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) will be an added advantage.
