Lex Credence is inviting applications for multiple roles across its practice teams at the Pune office.

Teams & Responsibilities

🔹 Dispute Resolution Team

• Appear before courts and tribunals to represent clients

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and other litigation documents

🔹 Corporate and Advisory Team

• Advise clients on corporate legal matters and transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements

• Carry out legal due diligence processes

🔹 Research and Drafting Team

• Analyze statutes and precedents to form sound legal opinions

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal notes for senior counsel

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers: 0–1 year of experience

• Junior Associate / Associate: 1–3 years of experience

• Experienced Professionals: 3–10 years of experience

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum commitment of 2 years

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities

• Adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
