- Institutional arbitration at DIAC, Mumbai Centre and MCIA
- Acting as sole or panel arbitrator in commercial disputes
Skills Required
- Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and 2015 amendments
- Contract law and commercial dispute expertise
- Drafting of statements of claim, defence and counterclaim
- Evidence and discovery in arbitration proceedings
- Knowledge of institutional arbitration rules (DIAC, MCIA, ICA)
