- Matrimonial cases — divorce and judicial separation
- Child custody and guardianship petitions
- Maintenance and alimony applications
- Domestic violence cases under the DV Act
- Succession and inheritance disputes
- Adoption proceedings and surrogacy matters
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Hindu Marriage Act, Muslim Personal Law, Special Marriage Act
- Empathy and client counselling skills
- Mediation and negotiation abilities
- Experience before Family Courts and High Courts
- Drafting of petitions and affidavits
- Understanding of child welfare and POCSO Act
