Roles and Responsibilities
- Patent drafting and filing before the Indian Patent Office
- Patent prosecution and examination response

Skills Required
- Patents Act 1970 and Patents Rules 2003
- Technical background in science, engineering or pharma (preferred)

- Patent Agent Examination (PAE) qualification
- IP offices procedures in USA, Europe and India
- Licensing and commercialisation principles
