Themes & Sub themes

  • Contributors may submit papers on any contemporary issue within the broader domain of sports jurisprudence. Suggested sub-themes include, but are not limited to:
  • Track 1: Integrity, Ethics & Human Rights
  • Anti-doping jurisprudence and WADA/NADA compliance frameworks.
  • Protection of athlete rights, players unions, and contract integrity.
  • Combating corruption, match-fixing, and manipulation in sport.
  • Track 2: Mega Sporting Events & ESG Sustainability
  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) challenges in Olympics and World Cups.
  • Regulatory and infrastructural legal liabilities of host nations.
  • Sustainability and legacy planning in global contemporary sporting events.
  • Track 3: Media, Commercialisation & Sports Governance
  • Broadcasting rights, digital media streaming, and piracy laws.
  • Intellectual property rights, merchandising, and athlete NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) rights.
  • The role of sports agents and regulatory compliance in modern commercial sport.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract Specifications: The abstract must state the research question, methodology, and key arguments clearly in 250–300 words. Include 3–5 keywords.

Full Paper Specifications: Complete manuscripts must range between 4,000 to 6,000 words (including footnotes).

Formatting: Text must be in Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes must follow standard legal citation (e.g., Bluebook 21st Edition).

Review Process: All submissions will undergo a blind peer-review evaluation. Highly rated papers will be allocated premium plenary oral presentation slots on the main conclave schedule.

  • For Paper Presenters
  • Registration fees are payable only after the acceptance of the abstract. The fee structures for various categories of national and international delegates are as follows:
  • Professionals (Lawyers, Practitioners, Corporate Executives): ₹2,500 / $50 USD
  • Research Scholars (Ph.D. Candidates, Research Fellows): ₹2,000 / $40 USD
  • UG & PG Students (LL.B., LL.M., Sports Management): ₹1,500 / $30 USD
  • For Conference Participants/Attendees
  • Those who only wish to participate in the conference as an attendee the fee is as follows: Participant/Attendee: ₹1000 / $10 USD
