Vitasta School of Law, established in 2011, is affiliated with the University of Kashmir and recognized by the Bar Council of India. The institution offers the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. programme and has consistently been committed to imparting quality legal education by nurturing competent legal professionals, advocates, administrators, and techno-legal experts.

  • Vitasta School of Law is pleased to announce LEX NOVA 2026, a National Conference on “Contemporary Challenges and Emerging Trends in Law”, to be held in Hybrid Mode on 5 September 2026.
  • The conference seeks to provide an intellectual platform for academicians, researchers, legal professionals, policymakers, students, and other stakeholders to deliberate upon the rapidly evolving legal landscape. It aims to encourage meaningful academic discourse, interdisciplinary research, and innovative solutions to contemporary legal issues while fostering collaboration between academia, the Bar, the Bench, industry, and policymakers.

  • Authors may submit their abstracts and manuscripts through any one of the following methods:

Submission Guidelines

  • The submission must be original and unpublished.
  • Simultaneous submission elsewhere is not permitted.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted in .docx format only.
  • Citation style: Bluebook (20th Edition)
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5
  • All submissions must be free from plagiarism, grammatical errors, and offensive content.
  • Manuscripts should not contain the author’s name or any identifying details to facilitate blind peer review.
