Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
- Assist in RBI compliance requirements relevant to fintech and NBFC operations
- Support court and tribunal filings, including applications and affidavits
- Support stamp duty determination and e-stamping processes
- Conduct legal research on statutes, notifications, and judicial developments
Eligibility
- Law graduate
- Basic understanding of Indian Contract Act, 1872 and RBI regulations
- Knowledge of court procedures and contract execution lifecycle
